Summary

Qin Shu, encountering a mysterious coffin, suspects it may have been switched. As she investigates, she realizes the coffin's lid won't budge despite her strength. Remembering a familiar pattern, she uses runes from her golden gourds to activate the coffin, causing it to come alive with wood essence. As the lid begins to open, her companion Sang Ze jokingly offers to help, prompting her to slap him for his insensitivity. When the coffin finally reveals a figure, Sen Yao awakens, confused and acknowledging his debt to Qin Shu. However, he soon realizes that most of his treasures have decayed during his long slumber, leaving him with nothing but his cultivation.
