Summary

In a fierce confrontation, Du Yu, a seemingly frail scholar, surprises everyone by intercepting a lethal black arrow aimed at him by the Mongolian general Chi Shu, using the power of poetry. Chi Shu, furious at being outmatched, attempts to use an even deadlier weapon, the tooth of an ancient beast, but Du Yu counters with his poetic skills. As he recites his poem, a slender willow branch he deftly snaps off becomes a lethal projectile, piercing Chi Shu's throat. Despite Chi Shu's formidable reputation and archery skills, he is defeated by Du Yu's creativity and intellect, leaving onlookers in shock as the scholar transforms the conflict into a poetic victory.
