Summary

Cao Zhang, feeling pressured to prove himself, asks Lu Xun and Zhao Yun to let him defend Youzhou against the Xiongnu invasion. Lu Xun agrees, and Cao Zhang faces off against Liu Bao, the Xiongnu leader. Liu Bao uses underhanded tactics, including poisoning Cao Zhang with an arrow, to gain the upper hand. Cao Zhang's loyal guards try to rescue him, but are killed by Muyong Hua, the Xianbei archer. Just as all hope seems lost, an arrow intercepts Muyong Hua's shot, saving Cao Zhang's life.
