Summary

Little Jin, initially enjoying a trip, soon becomes irritated by hiking and cultural relics. She pesters her sister for lunch, while Gu Yu sympathizes. Little Jin encourages Gu Yu to win over her sister to gain influence. As they explore Shangzhen Temple, Little Qing, a green snake, senses something unusual. They discover a hidden hall with a talisman, leading to an encounter with an old Daoist, Tan Chong Dai. He reveals the decline of the temple's lineage, now reduced to just him. The two young cultivators express admiration for his skills, while the old man reflects on the temple's diminished status and their unexpected visit.
