Summary

The Yellow Wind Monster, originally an ordinary mouse, transformed into a powerful being after consuming lamp oil imbued with Buddhist essence at the Mystical Mountain. Though it gained strength, it lost its freedom, becoming a puppet of the Western teachings. Longing for true power and independence, the Yellow Wind Monster resolves to capture and eat Tripitaka, believing this will grant it the strength to defy its masters. Meanwhile, Tripitaka and his companions, unaware of the looming danger, engage in banter, with Tripitaka expressing frustration over the absence of their mentor.
