Summary

1 Yuan, feeling weak and enveloped in darkness, suddenly finds himself in a bright domed structure where 10,000 participants have passed a trial. Confused about his survival after being attacked, he learns from the towering Bei Ta that he advanced due to sheer luck. The time conversion is revealed as one year in the virtual world equating to one day in reality. Yuan discovers that he narrowly avoided elimination when a virus caused chaos among participants. After his questions, Bei Ta prepares to send him back to reality. Upon awakening in a nutrition pod, he is warned of an impending alien civilization threat, raising concerns about the overwhelming power of such advanced beings.
