Summary

The Wild Hounds, under the minister's orders, engage in violent acts that provoke citizens to seek the Night Raid's intervention. The Night Raid decides to target the notorious Wild Hounds after gathering intelligence. Lan, motivated by personal vengeance for his slain student, is joined by Hei Tong as they prepare to confront the Wild Hounds. Despite their camaraderie, they keep their plans secret from Will and Kobayashi. Upon reaching the Wild Hounds' base, Lan manipulates Shang Pu into following him under false pretenses.
