Summary

Ye Feng encounters a venomous snake, which he defeats after realizing it had bitten his boot instead of him. After collecting vines, he stumbles upon a muscular man who appears to be in dire condition. Initially suspicious, Ye Feng finds a photo of the man with a sick child, leading him to empathize with the man’s plight. Deciding to leave the choice of saving him to fate, he cuts the man's hair and discovers it's an odd number, indicating he should save him. He carries the man back to camp, treats his wounds with local plants, and starts building a treehouse for safety, facing challenges due to lack of tools and experience.
