Summary

Lin Feng reveals that Old Bei, a highly respected figure, values him highly and nearly killed Mo Xie on his behalf. Lin Feng accuses Lu Yuan, an Outer Sect Elder, of not intervening when Wen Ren Yan tried to kill him and instead told him to "get lost" when he asked for Inner Disciple tokens and attire. Nan Gong Ling, the Sect Master, believes Lin Feng and is disappointed in Lu Yuan's actions. Lin Feng demands justice and respect for all disciples, regardless of their strength, and suggests that the sect should have strict laws to prevent arbitrary killings and persecution. Nan Gong Ling agrees to punish Lu Yuan and promises to protect Lin Feng, but Lin Feng is not satisfied and demands justice for Mo Xie's actions as well.
