Summary

In a dark, suffocating environment, Jian Chang Sheng struggles before being expelled from the earth, feeling disoriented and disgusted. He and Hei Tao 9 flee from danger, realizing they are both being hunted. They encounter Chen Ling, who learns of Jian's grievances against a fellow Huang Hun Society member, Square 6, who had previously attacked him. Misunderstandings arise as they discover Square 6 is actually Sun Bu Mian, a mysterious figure who sought to join the society himself. Hei Tao 9 reveals that Sun is skilled in theatrical arts, leaving Jian conflicted about how to handle the situation after receiving a candied hawthorn as an apology.
