Summary

Li Yan Qing finally leaves Cao's residence after a month and a half, venturing to the southern bank of the Yellow River in mid-spring. Accompanied by over 100 guards, he observes the vibrant natural surroundings but is troubled by news of the Jin army's actions regarding a significant silver delivery from the Song Dynasty. He suspects the Jin will not return Taiyuan to the Song and may take military action soon. Upon reaching the Baima Ferry, he reunites with Zhong Shi Zhong, who informs him of the dire military situation, including the Jin army's increased ship training and the lack of support from the court. Li Yan Qing expresses concern about the Jin's potential attack on the capital, and just then, an imperial envoy arrives, summoning him back to the capital urgently.
