Summary

Chen Ling, seeking help from a friend of Senior Xiao Chun Ping, finds himself in a perilous situation as he is pursued by the 'White Hand' of the 749 Bureau. Unexpectedly, the person he calls, also affiliated with the Bureau, decides to assist him out of respect for Xiao. As darkness envelops the commercial street, Chen Ling attempts to evade capture, but a powerful figure immobilizes the crowd. In the chaos, Chen Ling is shot in the chest but survives, only to face another sniper's bullet aimed at his head. He manages to redirect the shot, losing his arm instead, as he struggles to regain control amidst the unfolding danger.
