Summary

In Chapter 766, Du Shaofu experiences profound pain as he is connected to a woman who feels his suffering from afar. A disheveled middle-aged man, revealed to be Du Shaofu's Second Brother, arrives to help, using a mystical leaf to heal his wounds. Despite the healing, Du Shaofu's life hangs by a thread. He receives a Heaven and Earth Bag containing 'Endless Wood' and a Life Sustaining Pill. Back at the Du family home, his sister and Zhen Qingchun express their concern for him, realizing the gravity of his injuries. Du Shaofu, aware of his limited time, urges them not to worry and hands Zhen Qingchun the precious wood, hoping it will aid her while accepting his dire fate.
