Chapter 76: Father May Have More Bad Luck Than Good. [76]
Summary
At midnight, Mu Xue Tong prepares to confront her uncle, Yu Cheng Lin, despite her daughter Yu Xiao Yu's concerns. After stealthily entering Linze County, she finds Yu Cheng Lin with another woman, knocks him out, and kills him without remorse. This act is driven by the resentment from the original owner of her body, Mu Xue Er, who suffered greatly at his hands. After returning to the inn, Mu Xue Tong reassures Yu Xiao Yu that the deed is done. Meanwhile, Yu Cheng Lin's wife, Madam Wu, grows anxious over his disappearance, leading to a search that yields no results. His sons, Yu Jin An and Yu Jin Ping, are summoned home, and they decide to manage the family tavern while searching for their father.Full content
