Summary

Su Liang meets Fang Xuan Ling in a tent to discuss the occupation of Xingyang County, which Su claims belongs to the Luo Yang court. Fang argues that as the Great Sui army, they have the right to occupy it. Su warns Fang of potential cooperation with the Tang army if the situation does not improve.
