Summary

Lou Si, injured and desperate, enters the Heavenly Market, only to be confronted by a hermaphrodite known as the Yin-Yang Immortal, who threatens her. Despite her fear, Lou Si refuses to submit and contemplates suicide to escape her torment. Just then, she encounters Mo Wuji, a friend from her past, who now owns a shop in the market. The hermaphrodite demands Lou Si be handed over, claiming her as a slave, but Mo Wuji defends her and activates his shop's protective array. Inside, Lou Si feels relief and accepts a medicinal pill from Mo Wuji, who expresses concern for her well-being and inquires about her troubles.
