The Carefree Young Scholar.

Chapter 75: You Should Have Said It Earlier!. [74]

Summary

In a gathering of the Yun Ying Poetry Society, the president, Zhao Yun Rou, reveals that a young man, previously thought to be an outsider, is actually a member of their society. This revelation shocks the crowd, as the society has always been female-only. Su Wen Tian, a rival, attempts to disqualify the young man's poem by arguing that the competition is for Mid-Autumn lyrics, not poetry. Despite the tension, the young man's talent shines through, and many scholars recognize that Su Wen Tian's narrow interpretation may cost him the respect of his peers. Ultimately, the young man's participation could elevate the Yun Ying Poetry Society's reputation.
