Summary
Qi Bi He Li led his army across a harsh desert, suffering severe hardships and losing many horses. Upon reaching Tuluan River, they captured Fu Yun's family and livestock after Fu Yun fled in panic. His followers, frustrated, beheaded him and surrendered to Qi Bi He Li. The Tang army, upon learning of Fu Yun's death, urged the Tuguhun people to surrender. Fu Yun's son, Fu Shun, eventually submitted, but was detained by Li Jing. The Tang Dynasty aimed to govern the Tuguhun region, recognizing its strategic importance.
