Summary

Lu Ze, feeling disheartened after failing to connect with others, learns from a servant that he has become the top scholar. Despite the news, he remains unenthusiastic. Later, he meets Ling Shu, who invites him to a banquet hosted by the Fourth Prince, which he reluctantly agrees to attend. Shortly after, Pan Zheng, a general and Lu Ze's brother-in-law, arrives unexpectedly and attacks him, but Lu Ze quickly subdues him.
