Good Landlord of the Tang Dynasty.

Chapter 747: Li Shi's Surrender City. [747]

Summary

Li Shi Min granted Li Chao a fiefdom beyond Yin Mountain, a territory traditionally held by nomadic tribes. While Li Shi Min viewed it as worthless, Li Chao saw potential for development, envisioning a population of 10,000 to 20,000 and plans to build three fortresses for defense. This hereditary fief, though limited in power, allowed the Li Family to enjoy tax benefits and establish their own guard. Excited about the opportunity, Li Chao began drafting plans for the fortresses, despite the land still being under Turkish control. He remained confident in defeating the Turks to secure the fief.
