Summary

Old Man Shi Dan Li sells information to A Cuo, who haggles and pays 80,000 RMB to learn about an executor of the Night's death in Singapore. In retaliation, Huang Di from the Four Big Shots attacks Kirigakure in Istanbul. Kirigakure's forces are scattered, and two of their members seek refuge at James Ku Ke Psychiatric Hospital, where they are denied entry. A Cuo later meets lawyer Cui, representing Mr. Mu, who offers a blank check as compensation for a previous incident. A Cuo fills in 99 million dollars, but the check bounces due to insufficient funds, leaving him in shock. He decides to consult Kimura about the Singapore situation.
