Summary

Zhou Hong, the heir of Nine Nether City, arrives with loyal soul cultivators and black-armored warriors to address a troubling incident in Kui Huang City. They create a formation to clear the fog caused by the situation. Zhou Hong, anxious about the escalating tensions among the Four Heavenly Kings, compensates those affected by the incident to maintain control and prevent the arrival of guards.
