Summary

Xue Lu Shan panics as Ye Fan confronts him, revealing he killed Dong Hai Jiao. Xue Lu Shan attempts to shoot Ye Fan but is overpowered and thrown out of a window. Despite his pleas for help from Elder Yu, Ye Fan crushes his heart, killing him. Elder Yu, the owner of the Xunlong Auction House, intervenes, enforcing the rule against violence in the auction house. Ye Fan challenges Yu Tuo’s logic and defeats him with a single slap. Yu Tuo, shocked by Ye Fan’s strength, learns that Ye Fan can see his cold poison and begs for a cure. Ye Fan agrees in exchange for three rare medicinal ingredients. Yu Tuo discovers a lead on one of the ingredients, the Silver-Layered Dragon’s Ambergris, but warns of its questionable origins.
