Summary

Huai De and Nora Bai, recovering from their injuries, felt reassured as Wang Chong and Mu Zi scouted ahead. They discovered a sewer entrance that allowed them to infiltrate the city unnoticed. After three days of waiting for the right conditions, they moved stealthily through the rain-soaked streets, avoiding patrols and reaching a secluded alley near the prison. As they approached, they found a wanted notice depicting Wang Chong, indicating his notoriety among their enemies. Despite the relaxed demeanor of the guards, an unexpected encounter with a You Gui disrupted their plan. The creature, capable of dispelling invisibility, attempted to drain Mu Zi's energy but was met with resistance. Wang Chong ordered a retreat just as the Niu Tou Ren guards became aware of their presence, leading to a chaotic chase as alarms blared and reinforcements arrived.
