Summary

Ji Qian Ming encounters Cui Pang Zi, who mistakenly believes him to be dead. After revealing he is alive, they discuss the complexities of the Netherworld, where Cui Pang Zi explains that it seeks to make deals with potential rulers. Ji Qian Ming learns that his own Netherworld is a flawed copy, allowing him to wield its power without the associated costs. Despite Cui Pang Zi's desire to escape, he is bound by a contract. Ji Qian Ming contemplates severing this connection to save him. They then meet another version of Ji Qian Ming in the Netherrealm, who reveals he cannot return, deepening the mystery of their shared existence.
