Summary

Xu Wei and his team are summoned back to Haizhou City due to a severe network issue, which they suspect is linked to a hacker. Upon arrival, they discover that the network has been hacked again, prompting Xu Wei to enlist the help of Tang Hua. They learn that a skilled hacker named Wan Li Chang has resurfaced, previously evading capture for over fifteen years. The team struggles to find leads, and Zhang Xian Li insists on further investigation.
