Summary

In a secluded cave, Junior Brother Dou Hua Long struggles to conceal a Flame Lotus, feeling guilty for taking it while Senior Sister Su Rou, who has been supporting him, insists it belongs to him due to fate. As they prepare to leave, they sense an approaching presence, which turns out to be Tong Hui from Knife Scar Peak, who discovers a valuable flame heart stone. However, he becomes aware that the true treasure, the Flame Lotus, is nearby. A confrontation ensues between Tong Hui and a long-haired Great Immortal who demands the Flame Lotus, leading Tong Hui to consider fighting to protect himself. Meanwhile, Mo Wuji is busy setting up formations for the Ping Fan sect, delegating tasks to others as he works on refining his skills.
