Summary

In a mysterious tomb, Brother Yan and his companions, Yan Lin and Yun Yan, encounter a warm environment and hundreds of puppets that spring to life, forcing them to flee. They discover the tomb is actually a furnace for crafting artifacts and find a wooden box containing a cryptic message about transforming humans into spiritual artifacts. As they navigate through traps and evade relentless puppets, they reach the main hall, where a giant golden-furred ape awaits. The ape, recognizing the Spirit Pearl of Mu, reveals it knows of a great calamity and challenges Yan Lin to prove himself worthy before proceeding.
