Summary

In the story, Bai Ze visits a fried rice stall but finds it replaced by a hot pot stall where he meets Carp. They discuss Bai Ze's brother, Mr. Bai, who has mysteriously vanished. Carp reveals that Mr. Bai had hired him to erase his traces before disappearing. He also shares that he noticed a peculiar bite mark on Mr. Bai's arm, linked to a dangerous creature known as the Game Monster. This creature's curse causes those bitten to become obsessed with exploring the labyrinth, leading to dire consequences. Bai Ze learns that his brother's disappearance may be tied to this curse and the labyrinth's dangers.
