Summary

Guang Ren, although dissatisfied with Huo Shan's decisions, recognizes his authority as the Grand Master of the Taoist sect. Following an incident involving Jing Jiao, who was attacked and unconscious for days, tensions rise as accusations fly regarding the involvement of the Grand Masters in the ambush. Despite their denials, Jing Jiao remains suspicious. The Whale Demon, eager for revenge against Wu Mian, seeks assistance but is rebuffed by the Masters, who maintain their neutrality. After recovering, the Whale Demon returns to a vacant mansion, overwhelmed by rage. An encounter with an old sorcerer leads to an unexpected confrontation, leaving the Whale Demon in darkness after a sudden strike.
