Summary

Feng Bu Jiao is puzzled by the eerie silence in the town and the mysterious circumstances surrounding a recent incident. During an interview with Director Nelson, a man arrives late and is abruptly killed, shocking Feng Bu Jiao. After receiving a temporary work permit to deliver letters, he reflects on the deceased man's identity and the strange events in the town. He deduces that the man likely stayed overnight in a hotel and faced issues that caused his tardiness. Feng Bu Jiao then examines the thirteen letters he must deliver, noting their addresses in Otaku Town, which adds to the town's mysteries.
