Summary

Ye Quan returns to Tiandu Village to find Yuan Bing Yan tied to a cross, accused of stealing the village’s sacred dragon head. The villagers, led by Chief Chu Bu Nan, prepare to burn her alive, believing she and Ye Quan are responsible. Despite her desperate pleas, the villagers remain convinced of her guilt. Ye Quan intervenes, questioning the accusations and recalling a mysterious man with a scar over his right eye he encountered earlier. The villagers eventually realize the true culprit is Si Bao, a local troublemaker who has fled with the dragon head. Chu Bu Nan apologizes to Yuan Bing Yan, but the villagers panic, fearing the Dragon God’s wrath. Ye Quan offers to retrieve the dragon head on the condition that Dr. You accompanies him, though the chief hesitates due to recent threats against the doctor.
