Summary

Du Ping, wielding the powerful Zanpakuto, faced off against the ancient Sky Devouring Python, a manifestation of the Gold Core elder Wu Zhen Lao Ren. After a fierce battle, Du Ping split the python in half, revealing Wu's weakened soul, who pleaded for mercy. Through a soul search, Du Ping learned of Wu's failed cultivation attempt and his subsequent possession of the python to extend his life. He discovered the Blood Sea Abyss was a hunting ground for old demons seeking disciples, realizing his own lifespan was coveted. Du Ping collected valuable treasures, including rare Forgetting River Grass and Otherworldly Flowers, while preparing for an impending confrontation with Gong Sun Gu, who was pursuing him.
