Chapter 7: White Silk. [7]
Summary
In this intense poetry competition at a Mid-Autumn Festival gathering, Ye Tian boldly challenges Zhang Si's group to a poetic duel. After being provoked and mocked, Ye Tian raises the stakes: if he loses, he'll kowtow 100 times to each opponent, but if they lose, they must kowtow 100 times to stray dogs. The competition attracts numerous spectators, including a group of women, among them Bai Su Su, who harbors a secret childhood betrothal to Ye Tian. The competition's rules are simple: each participant must compose a poem about the Mid-Autumn Festival, with judges determining the winner.Full content
