Summary

After Cao Zhang and Yang Xiu's defeat, Hebei fell into panic as Sima Yi and Zhang Liao's army approached Ye City. Some officials planned to flee or contact Luo Yang to sell out Cao Zhi, who spent his days drinking instead of resisting. He Lang tried to persuade Cao Zhi to make plans, but was rebuffed.
