Summary

In the Underworld, souls from the main world are sorted by the Grim Reaper, but the arrival of the Ninefold Rengoku has distorted this process, creating terrifying demons that invade other realms. The gods, represented by their Saints, unite to eradicate this threat, as the Rengoku is deeply intertwined with the Underworld. The Grim Reaper Hess reveals a plan to decapitate the source of the demons, Apophis, while the gods prepare for battle. Meanwhile, in the main world, Fang Yuan senses the gods' assault on Rengoku and observes the chaos among the nobles, unaware of a lurking assassin. The fate of both realms hangs in the balance as the conflict escalates.
