Summary

In Tokyo, a car navigates through the city's bustling streets, eventually arriving at an old apartment complex rented by low-income individuals. The protagonist, Pei Zi Yun, along with his companions, investigates the residence of a writer, Hori Kawa Satoshi, who appears to lead an ordinary life. However, inconsistencies arise regarding his personal life, particularly concerning a supposed girlfriend. As they search the apartment, they find no evidence of a woman living there. Suddenly, Pei Zi Yun and his companions mysteriously vanish from the corridor, leaving the authorities bewildered as they launch a frantic search for them, but to no avail.
