Summary

Gui Bu Gui and a group of thugs approach a palace, eager for treasures. Initially, the thugs get distracted by gold and jade ornaments on a bridge, but Gui Bu Gui encourages them to move on, suggesting the palace holds far greater riches. As the thugs rush inside, Gui Bu Gui's two disciples, Gui Lai and Gui Qu, disregard his warning about potential dangers. Upon entering, Gui Bu Gui feels an unsettling sensation, collapsing as the brothers search for their companions. Realizing the palace isn't what they thought, he urges them to leave, but the doors suddenly close. Just then, a young man named Wu Mian enters, questioning Gui Bu Gui's weakened state and revealing a mysterious green light that he dispels with a brilliant white light.
