Summary

In the story, Shen Lian encounters his rival Zhao Nian, who informs him that his master, Lu Wan Nian, is on the brink of death. Despite his distrust, Shen Lian follows Zhao Nian, who presents a fan as a token from Wu Lao Er. As they travel, Shen Lian prepares for potential danger by bringing along grenades. They arrive at a secluded bungalow where Zhao Nian leads him down a dark path. Upon reaching Wu Lao Er, Shen Lian discovers that his master is alive but in a dire state, with only his head above ground. As Shen Lian presents the Blood Ginseng King, it unexpectedly comes to life, heightening the tension in the scene.
