Summary

Kobayashi and his companions spot Rafe, a researcher, in a dungeon with a larger brownish-yellow slime named Wa La Wei. After escaping, they learn that Wa La Wei is causing trouble by weakening nearby monsters, leading to complaints among adventurers in Axel City about their decreasing income. The guild plans to issue a bounty for the slime, but Kobayashi worries about being implicated. Upon returning to their mansion, they encounter Serna, who suggests investigating Lun De Bei Ge's laboratory for more information on the situation.
