Summary

Tie Tou, a skilled earthworker, seals off a thief's tunnel, trapping Liu San Pao and his gang. After a confrontation, Wu Lao Liu brutally incapacitates them, leaving them to suffocate in the tunnel rigged with explosives. Li San Dao, seeking revenge, spares Tie Tou but punishes him by breaking his legs. Wu Lao Liu, initially uninterested in a scheming life, is approached by Bai Ze, who offers him a quiet home for his mother and a chance to work together in Sha City.
