Summary

In a tense scenario, Xu Gang, Ning Qiushui, and Xiang Ying discuss the delivery of letters to a hospital's nurse and doctor. Xiang Ying insists on delivering a blood-stained letter despite Ning Qiushui's warnings. As she approaches the iron door, anxiety mounts, and her fears are realized when a ghastly nurse appears. After a harrowing exchange, the nurse grabs Xiang Ying's arm, dragging her into the door despite her desperate pleas for help.
