Summary

In a scene filled with tension, Xu San and his companions confront an Old Daoist who, despite his hunger, attempts to manipulate them. Xu San's composure leads to the Old Daoist's defeat, revealing his true nature as a fraud. The Old Daoist, claiming to be a disciple of the Shangqing Palace, tries to impress Tang Yi but is quickly exposed as a charlatan. Tang Yi devises a plan to use the Old Daoist, Lan Dao Hang, to outsmart Shen Liang, who poses a threat. With the help of Tang Shun Zhi and Wei Liang Fu, they aim to transform Lan Dao Hang into a convincing figure. However, their differing opinions lead to chaos, leaving Lan Dao Hang overwhelmed by their arguments.
