Summary

In this chapter, the scene unfolds in Shiraishi Square, where a large crowd of over a thousand people rushes towards a white vortex, illuminated by colorful lights. Among them, Ximen Xue and Yan Luo ascend into the vortex, leaving Shi Mu feeling bittersweet about their perceptions of him. After entering the vortex, Shi Mu finds himself in a vast grassland rich in spiritual energy, realizing it is a treasure trove for cultivation. He attempts to locate Yan Luo but decides to move on to the second layer of the trial ground. As he travels, he encounters phantom beasts, which he swiftly defeats, collecting their essence. Shi Mu continues to explore, eventually discovering a spatial tunnel guarded by a pack of black wolf-like phantom beasts. He skillfully navigates the situation, using his powers to evade the beasts and access the tunnel, disappearing into it just as the beasts close in.
