Summary

In the emperor's hall, leaders discuss the situation at Little Canghe, where rebel troops refuse to surrender. Lai Shun decides to ignore them, prioritizing the stabilization of the region. Meanwhile, Lou Shu Wan enters the hall with the imperial seal and a list of merchants pledging allegiance, noticing the location of the heart demon Ning Yi on the map.
