Summary

In the Wuzhuang Temple on Wanshou Mountain, Chen Wei meditates after consuming divine fruits, striving to master the complex art of fetal transformation. His cultivation is interrupted when the heavenly general Er Lang Shen arrives with a vast army to capture Zhen Yuanzi. Inside the temple, Sha Wu Jing is alarmed by their presence, while Er Lang Shen finds the monastery strangely abandoned. When he encounters Chen Wei, a tense exchange occurs, revealing Chen Wei's knowledge of potential threats within the Heavenly Realm. Chen Wei speculates about a Dark God, prompting Er Lang Shen to retreat urgently, suspecting a grave shift in power dynamics and the possible fall of the Heavenly Emperor into darkness.
