Summary
Yun Lang and Old Liang aim to recruit young lads for estate construction, believing their thoughts are easier to grasp than adults. The estate's construction is a lifelong task, uniting hearts and creating a home. Yun Lang instructs Old Liang not to interfere with Chou Yong and Little Chong's efforts to aid children, viewing them as sparrows under a sieve. Gong Sun Ao, a disfigured general, visits Yun Lang to inquire about reducing wear on warhorses. Yun Lang claims to have a solution but denies Gong Sun Ao access, stating the matter's importance. Gong Sun Ao, impressed by Yun Lang's confidence, decides to inform the emperor, believing Yun Lang's solution could save livestock. Yun Lang requests seeds from the Western Regions in exchange for his method. Gong Sun Ao, convinced of Yun Lang's sincerity, rides to Chang'an to relay the message.Full content
