Summary

Zhang Ye left the recording studio, where his four tutors were rehearsing, to attend to other matters. One of the tutors, Zhang Xia, asked if they could observe the contestants who had advanced from the sea selection, but Zhang Ye refused, citing confidentiality and the need to maintain suspense for the program. Meanwhile, Zhang Ye received a text message from Lao Zhang, who rejected the song he had written for her and asked him to write another one. Zhang Ye was unwilling to do so, stating that his songs were not like cabbage and required careful crafting. Later, Zhang Ye received a call from Chen Chen's physical education teacher, Luo Yu, who informed him that Chen Chen was still at school and offered to bring him to CCTV. Zhang Ye forgot that it was Friday and thanked Luo Yu for her kindness. He then went to the program's filming location, where he found Chen Chen directing the staff and imitating his gestures. Zhang Ye scolded Chen Chen for causing trouble and told him to go back to his office to do his homework.
