Summary

A street became a life-or-death boundary as the Immortal Yuan Guards sacrificed themselves against an overwhelming tide of insects. Lu Ye, aided by Yu Qing, escaped to a protected building, mourning the loss of his allies. The Slaughterer, after a fierce battle, joined Lu Ye but soon vanished, leaving behind a bone knife. Lu Ye, feeling guilt and responsibility, vowed to continue the mission against the insects. He commanded his remaining insect squad, engaging in brutal battles to eliminate the creatures.
