Summary

In an art exhibition, Rui Xiong, Lu Sheng, and Aileen react to an inappropriate painting by Zhuo Si Qing, leading to tension and a near altercation. Lu Sheng, uninterested in the competition, finds inspiration in the impactful works of other artists. He later seeks out the top three artists, including Jie Li An, a talented but ill artist suffering from Permanent Muscle Dissolution Syndrome. Lu Sheng offers to cure Jie Li An in exchange for his help in completing a painting. Meanwhile, a mysterious organization called "Hand of Miyuki" emerges, composed of powerful painters who manipulate emotions and cause chaos, rapidly gaining control over the Federation, posing a significant threat to the authorities.
